Systema, also known as "the System," is a 1,000-year-old martial art rooted in the traditions of Russian Cossack warriors.
Originally exclusive to Russia's elite military forces, including the Spetsnaz special operations units, this powerful fighting system was kept secret for centuries.
It wasn't until 1993 that Systema was introduced to the Western world, with its first training centre established in Toronto, Canada.
Since then, Systema has gained global recognition, attracting martial arts enthusiasts and professionals alike for its unique and effective combat techniques.
